TERMS OF SERVICE
1. I have the right to refuse any commission without naming a reason. I have the right to cancel the commission at any point of the progress, if this is the case you will receive a refund but not the artwork.
2. I don’t draw:
- things that make me uncomfortable (feel free to ask me what’s okay for me before commissioning)
-drawings that have a hateful meaning or background
-OCs with overexaggerated proportions (I will draw the character if I can change the body type)
-in a style that is “heavily inspired” by another artist
3. My prices are in Euro (€) and I will not accept payment in another currency if the price hasn’t been recalculated.
4. The whole price has to be paid upfront. The prices on this website may vary depending on the payment method a commissioner chooses to use.
5. I prefer receiving money via PayPal or bank transfer (EU only) but you can also ask me about alternative payment methods.
6. I can post any art I made for a client on my social media, add it to my portfolio or do anything else with it unless the client asks me not to.
7. You may not remove my signature from any drawing I made.
8. You may not post any art by me that hasn’t been commissioned by you or a person who commissioned the art as a gift for you.
9. You can either commission a drawing with a clear idea behind it or an artistic freedom drawing. If you have a specific idea, make sure to send all the references you want me to include and clearly describe what you want the drawing to look like. If you choose to give me artistic freedom, I may draw your character in any pose, clothing and setting.
10. The waiting time for a commission can be up to 6 months. If I don’t finish your commission in that time, you can ask me for a refund.
11. My style is very flexible. Your commission may turn out different than the examples given on this website.
12. You can use the art you commissioned from me for any personal use. Do not use it commercially without getting my permission first. I charge extra for commercial use and am willing to discuss different kinds of payment (one-time fee or percentage). If you use my art commercially without permission, I might take legal action depending on the severity of the use.
13. I usually provide one or two work-in-progress images. Experimental commissions, sketchpages and shitposts come without any work-in-progress images and you can’t request changes to the finished piece unless I didn’t use your references correctly.
14. I don’t offer refunds unless you have a very good reason for it or I made a mistake that justifies the refund.
15. I do not allow anyone to use my art for NFTs, AI training or anything similar. If I catch you doing that, you will be blacklisted and I will warn other artists about your actions. I am also willing to take legal action if you do these things to an extent that harms my business.
